I have signed up to a 30miler at the end of October. I haven't raced before so this will be a first. I started running last year and have been doing 50-55km a week for the last few months now.
I am just about to start a specific training program and had downloaded one that looked ok. However, I have just read the Matt Fitzgerald 80/20 book and am interested in this. I can do his principles with the plan I have ( a free online plan from relentlessforwardprogress), but have been looking at one made by them/available on the trainingpeaks site, but it is $50.
Has anyone used one of his plans, or used the trainingpeaks website?
any thoughts would be great!!
