Flabby back

I have recently lost 10kg and have been working out a lot. I have toned up massively except for my stomach and my back.

My legs, bum, shoulders, biceps, and triceps are ll toning nicely. My stomach is getting there, although it is never going to be flat, my back is just flabby. I look like I have bat wings. I am doing body pump, but wondering how I can shift this?
