Hi all
I do exercise, run 3-4 times week, online workouts ( so I’m doing some core!) but I just can’t seem to shift my lower stomach c-section overhang - I’m getting so desperate to get rid of it ( bearing in mind this is 8 years since the last one !!!)
How can I give it a helping hand to tone a bit ?
Barring liposuction or some surgical treatment is there anything else I can try? Do ab toning belts work ? Is there any non invasive fat removing treatment that works ? If I could just shift a little I’d be delighted !
Can anyone suggest anything?
