Hello all I have been using the Sweat app since mid Feb and doing c25k which I’ve finished now woohoo.
I have completed PWR at home beginner and now on week 4 PWR at home 1.0. I haven’t done anything in the last couple of weeks due to things being hectic in other areas of life. I am going to a wedding in 4 weeks and I would like to give my self a good boost to do as much as I can exercise wise to look and feel my best. For those who have used Sweat before do you think I should stick to PWR at home or switch to something else like fierce? I love weights but I don’t like jumping about as we have concrete floor so not good for the legs.
I have been calorie counting as well (although not in the last couple of weeks). I plan to get back to the calorie counting as well.

Basically I haven’t left the house in a long time like most of us and I want to look and feel good!

Hi there, I have done PWR at Home 1 & 2 and loved them. Doing Fierce at Home now and find it is has more cardio/jumping and is pretty intense (hardly any rests!) but getting into the swing of it. I think I was more toned while doing PWR but that might be because my diet was better. You could try mixing it up a bit by using the On Demand tab, keeping things from getting boring!
