Hi - posting this in here & Weight Loss as wasn’t sure which was most appropriate but probably both.
I came across Team RH on facebook the other day & thought it looked quite good. I don’t need to lose much weight but I have put on a few pounds over lockdown and I am feeling flabby, untoned, unhealthy & unfit. My diet has been comfort eating whilst wfh for the past year. I’m 46 & can no longer get away with eating whatever I like. I need to look after myself better as I have been struggling with low mood.
I’m just wondering if Team RH would be right for me. Does anyone have any experience of it and is it quite easy to follow? Thank you
