Does anybody know any magical solutions /exercises for targeting the bit where my thighs meet my knees? The inside bit, I suppose?
I have naturally slimmish calves and muscly thighs. But whether I'm a size 10 or a 14 this bit of my knees/thighs is always squidgy and chunky. I walk a lot and run a bit but otherwise do no specific leg exercises, so just wondering if there's anything I could try?
