Hi,
Can anyone point me in the direction of great TRX classes online and/or on demand?
I've been using the official TRX on demand service this week, and I'm not enjoying their classes - my 7 day free trial ends in 48 hours and I'm looking for an alternative service.
I currently use the Peloton app for strength classes and i think they're great, unfortunately they don't offer TRX classes.
Some of the reasons I enjoy Peloton classes are:
- high production quality
- friendly, personable, encouraging instructors
- instructors actually doing the exercises with you
- different options/ modifications for different abilities (I am the stage before beginner when it comes to using TRX straps! 🙈)
Are there any decent online TRX classes with similar qualities?
