Core workouts - yoga?

Can anyone recommend a decent core workout I can do at home with no kit required - perhaps something yoga based?

I'm very lazy and know what I should be doing in terms of planks, side planks and so on, but I struggle to find the motivation to actually do it. As a result, I neglect core strength, even though I know it would be beneficial for my running.

Any ideas?

The Les Mills app usually has a free trial offer and has a series of core workouts. Some use resistance bands or a light hand weight , but most exercises are just body weight and a mat. Might be worth checking out?

Bodyfit by Amy on YouTube has loads of core workouts. Nice and quick, some with bands/weights, some more pilates based. I do her hiit workouts with weights and only do specific core work outs maybe once a week and I can see my lateral obliques! Personally I think adding weights makes all the difference as you have to engage your core the whole time.
