Can anyone give me any tips or encouragement on swimming for fitness?
After 20 years of no exercise I managed to complete C25k over lockdown, which I loved, but sadly my pelvic floor just isn’t up to regular running. I’d like to try and maintain my newly acquired fitness once lockdown is over and have always enjoyed swimming - is there a swimming equivalent to C25k? I like (need) to have a goal or a challenge to motivate me!
