Can anyone recommend a good pilates youtube channel please? I love Adrienne for yoga, so someone who is gently encouraging like her would be great, especially if they come with an entertaining rogue pet.
I'm limited in what I can do at the moment, but realised I'm allowing this to turn me into a meringue.

I like Pilates by Georgia too. I started doing the classes almost a year ago now and my core is so much stronger now.

I'm enjoying Pilates with Lottie Murphy. I'm doing the 24 Day programme but sometimes do 2 or 3 days at once
