What do you like doing? I do Shredded and Kettle Bells live online that I really enjoy but really everything is available - HIIT, Step, Body Pump, yoga etc

Just getting fit again @MakeTeaNotWar - so not HIIT yet, but pilates/stretch/yoga/resistance bands etc.
