After Covid jab

I had the Covid jab 3 days ago. It left me with a sore arm, swollen glands and general fatigue. Today I'm feeling slightly better but still have a sore arm, and a slight pain from a swollen gland under that arm, and a slightly scratchy throat. I'm getting quite frustrated now with not being able to workout and wondering if and when I can get back to it. I would usually not workout if I had swollen glands, but I'm not ill, it's my immune system reacting to the vac, so can I treat it differently, or should I wait?

Exercise if you feel well enough. If not then rest till you feel better.

Why cant you workout, if you want to and feel well enough to?

I've been very tired, falling asleep all day. I'm going to try for tomorrow though. I did do some yoga today and feel a lot better with that and a walk
