Toning advice for Newbie

Hi Everyone,

I started running two years ago and like to think of myself as semi aerobically fit. I however am in dire need of toning up as I'm flabby enough, probably could do with losing a stone as well to be fair. I run 3/4 days per week and I've decided to try and do a online class or two on the other days. Given my generally lack of muscle, any advice as to where I should start?

How about doing some bodyweight exercises to build up your strength (pressups, squats, situps planks etc)
