Vitality health / exercise points not syncing

I’ve got a vitality health plan and have just signed up for the Apple Watch to track exercise and steps

I’ve had it just over a week and in all that time no points have added

I’ve been on the chat helpline now for 7 days and they tell me it’s working and the points will update but nothing has come through

By getting enough points The watch is paid for, but if I don’t meet the points required I have to pay each month.
If it’s not going to work I might as well return the watch but they are just so slow to respond. Each message takes hours sometimes over a day to get back to me on.

Does anyone else have the same issue?
