I do a martial arts.
I'm my 20s and early 30s I use to be fairly good. A 10 year break and sitting on my arse for 8 - 10 hours a day working means I am not so good and can barely kick well anymore.
I've started using an app for splits. Has anyone had any success with these? It is 20 minutes a day and targeted at the legs and not much different from yoga. I want to increase my leg and hip flexibility. I can't really hold my leg out straight in a side kick at hip level.
