Hi sorry I couldnt find a thread about this.
Did it couple years ago 80 day obsession (didnt stick to it very well) didnt really like Audrey and the workouts felt long and boring! Much prefer Les mills.
However have just looked and there is a good one Control Freak but its nearly £200. I wonder if it will motivate me to do it if I buy it or if I should just stick to Les mills and WW!

Absolutely love love Les Mills! Haven't tried the others you mention but don't think anything could tear me away from Les to be honest!!

I’ve been eyeing up beach body programmes OP! Did insanity 5 years ago but don’t fancy it again Grin. Isn’t it the case you sign up for a year for about £50 though? And then get access to all of them?

Currently dipping my toe into fitness blenders programmes but may graduate to beach body. Think they key for me is mixing things up with several programmes (Max 4 weeks I think!)

Signed up for the free trial but did the test then nothing, so cancelled before the 14 days was up. Struggling to motivate myself. It looked good in theory...

I did it a couple years ago but didnt really like Audrey and found nearly an hour a day too long. Theres one want to do 30 mins a day.
The coach I used to be with says its a better deal to get on demand plus all the fitness equipment and shakes but thats nearly £200! On demand has gone up to £99 I think!

Seriously if an easy beachbody took an easy payment of £200 and drinking some crappy shakes dont you think everybody would have one?

Eat non processed food in sensible quantities and do some intense exercise. I dont know why people insist on complicating something which is in theory very easy.
