Big less mills body pump fan. I've started to notice that it might not be long until I graduate from my 3kg Dumbbells and knowing delivery times on home fitness equipment can be a bit questionable atm, I thought I'd look now.

I thought I'd just get a 4kg dumbbell but if my lord the prices!!! Only for more again if I can make it to 5kg!!

I was wondering about adjustable dumbbells and whether a decent adjustable set were any good, particularly for pump.

I think you really need an adjustable set, like they use on the video, as you’re meant to use heavier weights for legs than arms so there’s never really a time (apart from maybe total beginner) that you’d use the same weight for everything.

When I used to do it at a gym, I think the heaviest weight I got to was 20kg for squats, it was so heavy (for me) I really had to focus on the technique for safely getting it up on my shoulders & down again!

I ended up buying a barbell set and also dumbbells. They're all in very short supply
