Has any exercise significantly improved your cellulite?

I'm a size 10/12, do exercise 5ish days a week (running, power walking uphill, spinning, YouTube videos) and get properly sweaty, but nothing I do seems to make any difference to the cellulite on my legs and bum. Has anyone got any particular exercise to recommend which has made the most difference?

Following....
I think it might be more about diet though. More water and less sugar.

Spin really improved mine. The weight loss helped too but it is very good for the old thighs and bum

For me - running and slowly increasing the distance/time I run for.

There was a thread last year about the saying "you can't outrun a bad diet" (ie you can't exercise away extra calories) and @fellrunner85 added a comment which has stuck by me which essentially said "you can if you run far enough"

Since then I have been (slowly) building up how far I can run and how long. I'm now comfortable on a (hilly) 10-12k most weeks, with a few 5-7k mid week runs. I'm building up to a half marathon distance (but a trail one as I live in the sticks)

I'm a pear so I'll always have a proportionately larger bum & thighs but my cellulite has certainly reduced over this last year. (I'm mid 40's too if it helps) I don't really diet, just keep to a fairly sensible diet with occasional treats etc

It's true, @chocolateteabag - you can! Grin Though it's somewhat harder with all this ice on the ground...

Definitely agree it's mainly diet! I do eat way too much sugar....

Thank you for the replies. Find it hard to stick with anything in particular during lockdown so it's easier to do a different thing each time to keep it interesting! But I wondered whether this was actually less effective than sticking at something which might work.

I need to do more regular running, maybe when it warms up! 45m on exercise bike today created a good sweat though!
