I need a cardio workout while the gym is closed but I am useless with any kind of skipping or jumping moves.
I've tried skipping and my OH couldn't stop laughing, it's the same with star jumps, running on the spot etc - I just can't do it.
I usually do spinning and rowing but don't have the equipment. I just started doing couch 2 5k (slowly, running not too good either!) but I'd like another option for cardio.
Any ideas?
