I can't run, jump etc due to a hip injury- I did C25K, Shred etc but they now make it worse. I'm doing a lot of walking, and cycling, but I'm looking for a class or video that I can manage.
I've done a few Joanna Soh but there are only a few I can manage at the moment. There's also a guy on YouTube- Rick - who does step workouts that's been recommended so I'm going to try that.
I'm just watching The Truth About... Exercising at home, I have bands! But no weights- I had some but when I stopped doing Shred, I never used them any more.
I quite fancy something dance like, but not Zumba, too high intensity.

I should say I do a quick Yoga with Adrienne every day and my usual Pilates class once a week.

Leslie sansone, Jessica Smith and phala B might suit you. All available on YouTube (Leslie and Jessica Smith also have digital platforms).

Pop Sugar workouts on YouTube are good. There’s loads of them. Also the Instagram page of Women’s Health magazine often has links to good workouts.

Thanks for the ad Bubble but I did say I do yoga and Pilates.
Others thanks for the helpful suggestions!

Just had a look - Pop Sugar may be too high intensity but Phala B looks good! The one I did today was Rick, I didn't feel that pushed TBH and I tried Leslie Sansone and felt the same but maybe if I did a longer one.

Lucy Wyndham Reed has a good variety of low impact YouTube workouts.

Those look good - I can see some of them have alternative levels.

Try searching for low impact workouts and see what comes up? Or have you already done that?

I have and I found Joanna Soh but not much more. No idea why. I still fancy something dance based too.

P.volve! Not sure how it hasn't caught on with mumsnet. There's loads of classes, a lot are short enough to easily squeeze in, focus is on form rather than speed, no impact, mostly safe for dodgy pelvic floors (just amend/omit any plank bits when they come up)...Have a look!
