Best trainers for custom made orthotics

I have custom made orthotics which are brilliant (my feet roll inwards) - I have put them in my Nikes as they have a removable insole. However I need some new trainers - any recommendations for good trainers with a removable insole?

The important thing is that whatever you get has a neutral sole (not a supportive)

How much cushioning do you want (or is even suitable at all)?
