Enjoying the bike. It’s fairly basic. Can you recommend me a good app or you tube videos to make a plan?
Do you just cycle, or do fast and slow? How often?
It’s a lockdown buy; I’m a teacher really struggling with sitting down all day - really painful legs and hips by the evening and restless leg syndrome v v bad. It’s dark by the time I finish so had been spending evenings pacing around the house. I’ve been 20 mins in the evening and that is helping the restless legs lots, phew!
