An alternative to 30 Day Shred?

So I've let things slip in recent months. I started Lockdown#1 with great fitness ambitions - I completed C25K, threw in a few sessions of 30DS here and there, but inevitably things started to slide. The weather became too hot. Then it became too cold. Then it was Christmas. Excuses, excuses, I know.

Anyhoo, I need to get back into a routine and am looking for recommendations - a 30 minute HIIT work out that ISN'T from the Jillian Michaels stable. I can't face Jillian and her mates again at the moment. I know everything single word, every single action, every camera angle - yes, I know she's done other workout DVDs (I have a couple of them), but would like to try something different. Any recommendations?

No worries, I think she’s really fun and my god, it works! I don’t think it feels that hard work but I always burn a ton of calories and I’m already seeing more defined muscles in my abs and bum after 2 weeks!

I really recommend Heather Robertson on YouTube - she puts music on and doesn’t speak!! There’s a free 12 week programme which has given me proper muscles 💪

@faffmaff - thanks, I'll check her out!

I have just found growingannanas.com/

I dream of looking like that, but I never will now unfortunately (sigh). However she has a 28 day HIT challenge, it's simple, she doesn't speak, the music isn't 'in your face'.

Les Mills On Demand has a 30 day free trial at the moment (Body Combat, Body Attack etc.) - I have been enjoying doing the workouts so much that I might consider paying for them!

Les Mills On Demand, I cannot recommend it enough. I was doing free workouts on YouTube and old Tae Bo and aerobic dvds but honestly since starting LMOD 10 months ago I actually ENJOY exercising which I never ever thought I would say. There's a long running thread on Les Mills in Exercise topic if you would like more info.

Thanks everyone! Lots of ideas here (and no more excuses for me!)

Do you need any particular equipment for the les mills stuff?

Some of them you do but most of them not. I don't have anything special that I use for them.

I did les Mills this eve. OMG. Absolutely knackering. I was jumping around like an absolute jelly not knowing what to do half the time. Aching already and taking that as a good sign.
