I try to run x3 times a week and have been doing HIIT workouts from YouTube as well.
Frankly, much as I love Joe Wicks, I'm getting fed up with the same style of workout (& I hate burpees with a passion). I've also worn my 30 Day Shred DVD to pieces so looking for something to get me motivated again.
Any recommendations for something a bit more interesting? I found a good dance workout on YouTube but can't for the life of me find it again...
