If I like Davina workouts what else will appeal?

I’ve been doing Davina Top Fit, Bottom Fit and kick fit for a few weeks but I need some alternatives!
I’ve seen some YouTube low impact t HIT but they have literally no talking.
I like the clear explanation from PTs. I didn’t like shred although it did work.
Any suggestions welcome!

Have you tried fitness blender? I like them - good clear instructions and differing angles. No music though so have to have something on whilst doing them.

Bodyfit by Amy, she offers other options for pretty much everything and has so many videos to choose from. I usually do a search on her channel for '30 mins' and then pick a random one.

They're always suitable for both beginner or more advanced.

Thanks I’ll have a look at both of those! I find lots of YouTube stuff expects you to know the name of weird exercises and to be fairly high level fit OR to be too basic.

Jillian Michaels. Beginner, medium and advanced levels of HIIT, Yoga inspired and kick boxing inspired. There are loads to choose from and she has an app with the collection too.
