In lockdown 1 I religiously followed C25K and as a tubby over 50 year old and thrilled that I can comfortably run 5K alternative days.
But I'm still a very slow plodder.
I've considered interval training but don't seem to have the urge to run faster, however I could do further.
I love how prescriptive the NHS app is but can't find the equivalent for 10k.
Any suggestions?
