Exercising with resistance bands

Please can somebody point me to a good workout(s) for general fitness using resistance bands....

I’ve just come here for the same advice-have done my first one with HSA fitness on YouTube which seemed quite good

Thanks, will check them out. I was expecting more response to this, they are a nifty way to exercise I would imagine for a small space, indoor exercise. Surprised that people have not responded!

BodyFit by Amy has some resistance band workouts but I haven't tried any. They're something I keep meaning to buy actually, which ones have you got OP?
