Getting fit and toned quickly!

I'm hoping someone with more knowledge and inspiration can recommend a good way to get fit & toned!
I'm 37, mother of 2, youngest is 8 months. I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight but not looking very toned and could definitely do with being fitter.
I work full time from home and feel like any spare moment I get is breastfeeding or collecting from nursery or trying to keep on top of house stuff, so I need it to be quick and effective! Don't mind working hard - have run a 1/2 marathon and have done Insanity in the past. Any good recommendations out there?!

Strength training would probably be the quickest way to see results. You,could look at Joe Wicks (I've had friends who did his programme, and they all looked absolutely incredible by the end), Fitness Blender (free workouts or paid for programmes), maybe an online PT if you've got some equipment (although a lot can still be done with body weight), or try one of the online providers - Apple Fitness, Peloton, Les Mills On Demand etc etc.

My DS is just over 6 months now & I'm back to pre preg weight & toned.
Before pregnancy I was a real gym bunny. Obviously it's different now but honestly I've done Joe Wicks Hiit sessions via YouTube & got the same results as the gym!
They're only around 20mins & very effective. You only need to do around 3 a week.
After about 4-5 weeks I promise you'll see a difference!
There's loads to choose from!
I do his 10 mins ab blaster videos in between workouts too.

Strength training sounds like what you need right now. I've been doing alexia Clark for two years now and despite trying various other apps etc nothing is as hard. Look her up on Instagram and she there are loads of examples of her workouts on there. Try a few and if you like them then I highly recommend signing up. I've been fit all my life and yet after two years of doing this i still find most workouts challenging.
