Anyone lost weight doing kettlebell workouts?

I am still trying to lose babyweight....almost 2 years later! Have recently taken up kettlebells which I do when my DS is napping. Does anyone recommend any particular workouts or how often to do them?

Hoping to start thinking about the next baby soon but want to at least lose some of the baby weight first! Thank you!

Diet for weight loss, exercise for fitness.
Don't get me wrong, kettlebells are a great workout but you have to burn around 3500 calories to burn a lb of fat so unless you're superstrong and have a really good napper it's not going to make a huge amount of difference. Yes, you might gain some muscle over time but you need to burn the fat that sits on top of it to see any real benefit.

I do some of the kettlebell workouts on YouTube. Heather Robertson and Fitness Blender are good. I also have a Paul Katami DVD for beginners which is good for making sure you’re doing it right.
I like them because I definitely get a good workout, raised heart rate and sweaty without jumping about annoying my neighbours!
A couple of years ago I lost two stone and was in the best shape of my adult life with kettlebells, mountain biking and a sensible diet.
