Hi everyone,

Inspired by the latest lockdown and being a massive spin class fan, I have just ordered an Echelon bike. Would have gone for Peloton but the delivery date was just too long.

Does anyone have one and have any tips to get the best out of them and the online classes please? So excited to get it - it's going to get me through not being able to go to the gym (I hope!)

I guess if it's like Peloton, it will have a suggested beginner's programme, and then a range of classes which are tailored to your needs? Sorry, not much help, know nothing about them.

Hi I have an Echelon bike, I absolutely love it, I do classes on it everyday! It’s actually my husband’s bike which he got cos he had to give up running due to joint pain.
I use it now with the gym being closed.

There are loads of live classes and over 6000 on demand classes. When I first started I did a few rides to see which instructors I liked and went from there. There are different categories of rides so endurance, hills, power, speed etc. Then you just pick the length of class you want.

Today I’ve done a 45 min Power class and 45 min hills.

There is also a Facebook group which is good with loads of information.

Feel free to ask me any questions x

Thanks, have just joined the FB group and am finding that useful. Am used to spin classes at the gym so shouldn't need to start off with beginners classes.

Can't wait to get it tomorrow!
