Hi all looking for recommendations for home workouts focusing on the upper body and stomach areas. I have lost 5st through SW and couch to 5k and now run 2x5k and 1x 8-10k every week so I have toned up a lot on my legs but want to do some strengthening and toning of the rest of me!
What YouTube workouts do people have good results from for this please? I was thinking things that take 15-30 minutes max due to work and time constraints
