How quickly can you transform your body?

I know, I know, it's about exercising sustainably etc. I have a stone to lose (lost 1 last year) and I can do this in 8 weeks. I want to tone and strengthen my body esp. legs, core, hips and arms. I have easy access to a bike (indoor and outdoor), You Tube programmes, I like jogging (I got to week 3 of C25km just before Xmas), walking.

Can anyone recommend me a programme that has variety of cardio, strength and weight that will achieve my goals? As in,

Per week
1x 25m cycling
1 x Joe Wicks xx workout on You Tube

I realise thats a bit cheeky but just thought there might be some more knowledgeable people than me here.

Pist on the weights room board and you'll get loads of help tomorrow.

In the meantime, look at the Gillian Michaels 30 day shred program. I can normally lose a stone & get super toned in 6 weeks doing that.
