I know, I know, it's about exercising sustainably etc. I have a stone to lose (lost 1 last year) and I can do this in 8 weeks. I want to tone and strengthen my body esp. legs, core, hips and arms. I have easy access to a bike (indoor and outdoor), You Tube programmes, I like jogging (I got to week 3 of C25km just before Xmas), walking.
Can anyone recommend me a programme that has variety of cardio, strength and weight that will achieve my goals? As in,
Per week
1x 25m cycling
1 x Joe Wicks xx workout on You Tube
I realise thats a bit cheeky but just thought there might be some more knowledgeable people than me here.
