Think Nike has a free one but I haven't used it so dont know if it's any good - Nike Training Club. I've heard other people say good things about the NIKE apps though.

There are so many fitness apps, free and subs based, it's really hard to make a recommendation without knowing what you're looking for. Most of the subscription apps seem to offer free trials. I subscribed to FIIT and Peloton in the last month when the gyms closed. I've carried on with FIIT after the trial period because it was a massively discounted offer, but I've cancelled peloton because the gyms are now completely closed and I cant get access to a spin bike. Shame because peloton was really good, the corny American trainers seem to really work for me 😀

I'm thinking about Les Mills next because you get a month free, but not sure if it has many live classes. I need a live class now and again just to make me feel I'm not on my own.

I use Nike training club, it's free and really good. There's a mixture of workouts for ability and fitness on there and even ones you can do with children. I love it.

I like to try different programs so I always use random workout generator apps to make a workout for me. In the random workout generator application, you will find many programs for any purpose and level of training:
