@Audreyseyebrows it varies, I would say around 20 minutes. They're a medium level of difficulty but it gets easier the more you do it.

@JEE87 it depends whether you pay monthly or yearly etc. I think it's £15.99 a month. Well worth it!

It’s really good but definitely not beginner! I did pe with Joe for about 3 months and then started Courtney and it was a big step up.

Definitely saw results though! And the Facebook group is great.
