Hello everyone!
I'm a running coach based in Bristol, and i've been holding couch to 5k groups for a few years now.
I'm always looking to improve the content of the course as I find that no matter what happens, people do drop out - either a couple of weeks in, or gradually as the course progresses they lose motivation.
I'm doing a bit of research (mainly for my own benefit) as I'd like to make my groups more beneficial, but also help everyone. I hate to see people leaving the course because I know it's achievable, but i'm also aware there's so many factors they could be struggling with.
