Do you use an exercise journal?

I’ve been trying to keep a record of the exercise I do each day. I use scraps of paper, sometimes put it in the wall calendar but I think something more organised would be better now. I was going to buy an A5 diary for this but have discovered the wonderful world of exercise journals. Can any of you recommend one? I mainly run but also swim, use weights and a little yoga.

I use a dotted notebook as a bullet journal.
I like it as it's flexible and I can create my own layouts and plans.

I do love my Strava account fell but I want to try and note were I am tired or when I have my period and something a little more private but be better Grin.

That’s interesting bog, more formal then I have been doing. Maybe I just need a good mooch around on Pinterest to look for some ideas.

I use my leuchtturm1917 notebook for everything.

Noting swimming distances, period dates, migraine dates for me and and 2 DSes (to keep track).

To do lists (short, medium and long term plus improvements to make to the flat)

Notes from phone conversations (e.g. with insurance company or medical)

Present ideas.

Lots of stuff.

I would be lost without it
