I've seen her recommended in a few places and looked up her 7 minute metabolism boost workouts yesterday.

I am mid 40s, start of peri menopause, dodgy knee. I tend to the sedentary if left to my own devices but I do jog (slowly) occasionally, walk most days and do the odd bit of yoga.

I need to make some changes for health reasons but I don't want to do my usual too much too fast approach. 7 minutes a day to build up seems really doable but is it too short to make a difference?

Appreciate for most on this forum 7 minutes is nothing but I'm coming from a position of whilst not totally unfit, not brilliant

I've not heard of these but 7 minutes a day is better than no exercise. It's a place to start from so why not give it a go? They're are plenty of 10-15 minute workouts on YouTube, Joe Wicks has lots of 15 minute workouts. You might want to search for low impact ones though if you have a bad knee. Is the knee something which will get better? Some gentle strength work might actually help (body weight exercises). Good luck!

I started doing the 7 minute belly fat buster in July, have since added the leg and glute and back fat ones. Also added the four minute arms and five minute inner thighs. Now up to about half an hour and finding it really easy and do most days. I have definitely noticed a difference as have others and I have dropped a dress size.
Give it a go OP you have to starts somewhere gl Smile

While I was building up my running (start of C25K), I used these in between. I used to do as many as felt comfortable/I could fit in. In fact, I miss doing them and should add them back as I tend to just run and yoga now. I found that there was some I found easy, some more of a challenge. She also often has easier and harder move options so you can mix it up. I would make playlists of different ones so an all over, arms one day and over legs another day so they'd add upto about 30mins but I often just did the one of that's all I had time for. She turned 50 last week so they must do something because she looks fabulous!
