Did Santa bring any?

Tempted to give it a go myself for fitness as I know lots of people used to use the Wii Fit. I don’t do anything just now so it’s got to be worth a try.

Love mine. Got mine 2 weeks ago. it feels a like workout for me but I’m particularly unfit

Sounds promising! How long do you do and what’s your usual calorie burn?

Not sure about calorie burn. I’m pregnant so I only do a few mins a day on an east level but it gets my heart rate up. And the heart rate sensor seems good it pretty much matches my Apple Watch. I enjoy it and with the bad weather it’s more fun than a walk in the rain.

Got mine for my bday in Nov, have used it a few times. Doesn’t get me very out of breath but maybe I need to fiddle with the settings. I really felt the squeezy arm dance game thing the day after!

It’s a fun way to mix up your exercise routine or to do when you’re not feeling like doing anything!

It's good fun for messing around with the kids, but I wouldn't really call it exercise on its own. Undoubtedly better than doing nothing though!
