I struggle to exercise. I don't like other people's music. There are always lots of moves I can't do re my back and knees. So mostly all i do is walking, which i do like, but i wouldn't mind a little cardio and weight loss - I'm a desk worker and have been home since March, so my diet is great as a result, but I hardly move.
I got a little fed up last night. I made a list of my ten favourite exercises. I made an exercise list of music on spotify. And the creme de la creme is I found there are websites that do the intervals you want, so I chose 40 sec reps with 10 second rests.
I did it this morning and I had so much fun!!!
