Anyone tried it out yet? I've got a free extended trial of the Peloton app, so have been using that a lot, will be interesting to see how they compare. Read quite an interesting review earlier.no live classes on Apple (although I've only done a couple of live classes on Peloton, so no biggie for me).

Gah, my IPad typing!

Anyway, DH and I both tried out a couple of the Apple Fitness + classes today - he did HIIT, I did yoga, it synced perfectly with our watches, worked as it was supposed to. Instructors were pretty good.

One thing I'd like to see is a bit more info on the intensity level of the workout, so I can choose something tougher or easier, depending on how I'm feeling or what I've done earlier (eg if I've been to see my PT in the morning, but fancy a bit of a yoga sesh to stretch out aching muscles, I don't want to be thrown into a Power Yoga session!). Peloton has an instant score after each class, a thumbs up or down, and a scale of 1-10 on how difficult you found it. You can then see the total ratings on each class, and can assess if it's going to be a class for you.

Do you know if you can download the workouts? I don't have WiFi in my garage where I exercise.

I’m planning on trying it out over the holidays.

Apparently yes, I just checked the website. That's a useful feature.

Lots of Apple friends trying them out, quite funny seeing 'x has just finished a Fitness workout with Tyrell'.

Thank you. Might give the free trial a go over the holidays

Did my first work out this morning. I did the beginners strength and 20 minutes HIIT.
I really liked it and didn’t find the instructors as annoying as I thought I might.

I tried it last night. Enjoyed the trainers - especially the one called Kyle 😀
I agree @EmmaStone that a few tweaks would make it better.
As well as what you mentioned, I would like to be able to choose the strength training on whether it is arms/ legs/ full body. It is in the blurb but you can’t filter for it. I would also like a history tab on the iPad, they only seem to have this on the summary screen on the iPhone.

I’ll keep using it whilst I have my one month free trial, but I don’t know if it’s worth £9.99 a month.

Today I did a dance workout. So much fun to do. I really enjoy it. I’ve got an Apple TV so I can have it on the tv in the living room which luckily has a concrete floor.
