Hi everyone looking for some advise I am so unfit that even walking up the stairs is making me out of breath, I have always been so slim so never really thought of exercising but it is catching up to me now I'm 27 I haven't done exercise since I was in my teens so a long time ago. What would you recommend to start of into getting fit again. I get out of breath so quickly 😠i really want to get fit and healthy and feel like I could even run a good distance without getting out of breath like I used to be able to, Thank you.
