Which model do you have, and is it worth the eye-watering expense?

What is your purpose? I have a very anonymous mini trampoline which I use for lymphatic activation and I can't see why you need a specific one.

What do you need it for?

Keeping getting fit. I'm a very playful person and get bored really damn easily just doing an ordinary 'workout'. I get my exercise through dog walking usually but the dog is on strike at the moment and could be for months, and it's too cold for bodyboarding which I enjoy from spring to autumn. None of these things are really 'cardio' anyway. I like skipping and have used a skipping rope previously but I keep whacking myself with it, which stings like a bitch, and jumping up and down on the hard ground is killing my knees too. The Bellicon boasts that it's the best for protecting knees, and it's also really quiet which would be good.

My cheap one is quite good for what I need it for and sometimes I have a small cardio session on it. Yes you can hear the springs but never really noticed if annoying or not.

You know you can the metabolic and health benefit of a cardio workout by just doing 6X 30 second sprints (at a -tiger- is -chasing -me speed)
