Quick question about C25K

The advice is always to have at least one day of rest in between runs. Would it really be so bad if I had 2 consecutive days per week? My working patterns make it hard for me to space them better.

It will be fine. You may find you want to skip one every now and again, but give it a go.

@biggirlknickers - as said above, you will be fine. The reason for the rest day advice in between is that this is when the magic happens for you getting stronger. Just listen to your body - if you feel tired or sore, take a break. If everything feels good then a back to back session isn't the end of the world
