Thanks Sophie that’s great, I will be Googling this later Grin. Haven’t tried the tempo workouts but I am loving the variety of workouts she is uploading at the moment.

I'm juggling too many balls at the moment and I keep dropping the exercise one Sad. Managed a walk this evening. I've a run planned with my buddy in the morning so I can't bail! Kids back to school today, looking forward to a bit of routine back in our lives in the next few weeks.

Something has to give sometimes Motherforkin. Unfortunately it is usually “our time” which gets pushed aside. You are still getting a walk, run and even your sea swim in, so I wouldn’t beat yourself up!

Kids go back to school on Monday here and while I am looking forward to the routine, I am not looking forward to my DS’s anxiety starting up again. He has already started to worry knowing he is back in soon Sad. Fingers crossed he has a better year.

Did a Sydney Cummins leg workout today as I had heard a lot about her. I enjoyed it and will probably try a couple more of hers.

You're right, Roonetta, everything else seems to be a priority very quickly. I hope your DS is OK. My two were dying to get back, being out of our house over the summer holidays really hit when they were so far from friends.

I didn't bail on my run this morning which was a minor victory. I've a 10k in 2 weeks and I've no idea how I'll manage it, but they already sent me my medal so I don't have a choice Blush

I’m the same @MotherForkinShirtBalls. Work is just crazy (and is likely to get worse before it gets better - the end of Q3 is always mad). However I made myself exercise this evening. KAbs L3D13 (30 min). I think I feel better for it. I’m determined that September will be a better exercise month than August was.

Forgot to write yesterday. yesterday tempo day 2 (legs) and today tempo day 3 (biceps and back) plus a lilly sabri waist and lower abs workout.

I think it's much easier to workout when children at school MotherForkin and you can get into a routine. Got mine done very early today as had to be up for washing machine repair man....

How odd they sent you your medal before the race! I feel confident that you will manage your 10km MotherForkin 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏽

Good luck to all your DCs for start of the new school year (and hope your DS will be ok Roonetta - hopefully he will be fine once he gets back and sees it isn't actually that bad). Mine also start on Monday although Greek schools start the following Monday.

Yeah beastmode was hardcore roonetta but I enjoyed it. Just seen Epic 3 is starting!! I hope it's shorter workouts like Heat. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Took a rest day today. Sometimes trying to exercise first thing before getting out is stressful so just decided to take the day off. Been running around so much since we got back that have been feeling quite stressed so trying to reduce that.

Are you feeling more motivated oubliette now that you're doing shorter workouts?

Hope you enjoyed your rest day Sophie. I feel your pain about moving. We are doing our second house move in 3 months next week but at least we'll be home again. I got a run in earlier and a day of painting, furniture moving, and general chaos awaits.

Hope you are settling in Motherforkin. Moving is exhausting.

3 rests days crept in again Blush. Not sure what is wrong with my motivation at present, but decided to do Body Revolution workout 1 today but with heavier weights. I might continue to do the BR programme, but just doing the consecutive workouts each day, rather than going through the phases. I will also add in some Girvan arms throughout the week and maybe some WWL to make up for my slacking.

Managed a 20 minute Girvan arms as well yesterday. Today I have done workout 2 from BR and a 2 mile WWL.

Three rest days again, so I made sure I changed into my workout clothes as soon as I got home from work and picking up kids from school and made myself do BR workout 4. Not the most effort I have ever made, but at least I got it done.
