I could only face one exercise DVD this evening. Ri30 L1D16 (30 min). Still better than no exercise though.

I suppose she has to make heat more intense if it's only half an hour Roonetta. But I prefer that - the one hour ones seem so long to me. But we're all different!

I'm wondering if she will do a new 10 week program in September. I hope it's 30-40 min workouts and not the long ones (that's why not starting epic 2).

I've just looked to see, Sophie as i just did a search in the app store! It's called "squats", very much does what it says on the tin Grin. I'm exhausted today so my only effort was my squats. I'm threatening myself with a run tomorrow...

I've been very lazy too, Roonetta. I couldn't bully myself into a run yesterday but I went out for a nice hill walk today instead. And the squat challenge both days.

I’ve also been lazy. Mostly because I’ve been transporting DS around the country - a Bedfordshire-Shropshire-Devon-Bedfordshire loop. I’m too tired to exercise today. Hoping to get back to it tomorrow.

Missed my morning exercise slot today so will try to fit in later today. We still have this insane heatwave (35 in our garden at 8:30) and wildfires too now. It's scary and worrying. One very close to our house yesterday. We didn't have to evacuate but had to keep all doors and windows closed yesterday preventatively to stop sparks entering house (and today because the air quality is so poor due to all the smoke).

Fingers crossed I manage to exercise later as feeling quite motivated to do it (and it's lower body which I enjoy).

I had a rest day yesterday after an awful night's sleep. Not much better last night so I might take another today.

Thank you MotherForkin. We are staying in greece and there is a heatwave everywhere so unlikely to be cooler. Although this heatwave is supposed to be ending tomorrow/Friday and it should be a bit cooler over weekend. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 It's 10pm and it's still 32 degrees in the garden. Thank goodness for AC!!!!

I hope you manage to sleep a bit better tonight MotherForkin. How is your shoulder doing now by the way?

Beastmode day 7 lower body. I really don't like working out in the evening. Much prefer getting it out the way first thing.

Beastmode day 8 (chest and triceps). For the first time I didn't do the finisher as there was no way my body could do anymore push ups....and they were dead stop ones. it was a really tough workout. Also did a very short lilly sabri lower abs session.

I also tried a Rebecca louise lower abs yesterday. Was a different format to what I'm used to and it was ok apart from her constant stream of chatter which I found annoying.

That sounds really scary Sophie! Glad to hear it didn’t get any closer. Hope it cools down for you soon and you enjoy your holiday. I haven’t heard of Rebecca Louise but will check her out. Beast mode sounds intense!

Rest day yesterday. Epic Heat day 32 today. I am picking and choosing workouts by how I feel on the day. Couldn’t face a leg workout today so chose an upper body one. I will also miss out any of the HIIT/Tabata /EMOM because I really hate them. Maybe once my motivation returns, I will get back to doing it properly Grin
