Low impact HIIT

Hello, anyone have any good recommendations for low impact short HIIT style workouts?

I have a baby and preschooler and since having the baby haven't been able to fit in any of my normal exercising, mainly cycling and swimming. Looking for something I can do a quick ten minutes at home when I have it. Problem is most suitable things are high impact and I need to avoid that as have prolapse ...

Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received !

Google Les Mills. They body combat work outs. Just cut out anything you struggle with. I lost 10lb last lockdown

A combination of mountain climbers, planks/side planks and push ups will make for a tough 10 mins with no impact. Do you have space for a turbo trainer for your bike, too, so you can do some decent cardio when the kids are in bed and build up your stamina again?

Try Team Body project. They are all standing and low impact. There is a lot of their workouts on YouTube and the website that is free.

BFit on YouTube is good. She's a very enthusiastic Australian lady but very good and lots of content so you won't get bored

Joe Wicks had some short, low impact HIIT workouts on his YouTube channel.

Body fit by Amy on YouTube has loads of post natal low impact hiit workouts from 10 minutes to 50 minutes.

Lucy Wyndham-Read is fantastic search for her on Youtube. Highly recommend her.

Look up Sydney Cummings on YouTube. Check out her playlists. You'll find hundreds of workouts grouped by time, intensity etc. She's really good.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions, will look them up and try them out!

@fellrunner85 sadly no turbo trainer - would love to get one and I think would be a good solution but not enough space ...
