Does anyone know of any online yoga for the decrepit? YouTube or similar? Really needs to be for beginners as I’m as stiff as anything.

Barbara currie is awesome for beginners, my elderly dad loves her. (I do too and I do loads of yoga).

Yoga with Adriene is lovely, thousands of videos, or you could do one of her 30 day programmes (she releases a new one every January that I do.

Also have a look at inflexibleyogis on Instagram, some great tips on yoga poses for the stiff and non bendy with use of straps and blocks.

Yoga with Adriene!! She had several for beginners and is also good at reminding you to do what feels good for you and where you are at - not where you want to be/feel like you should be at. She often offers a couple of variations of some moves as well. Some videos are more challenging than others, so don't be put off if you select the wrong one for you and can't manage it. If you keep going and practice regularly, you'll see improvement and be able to take on the more challenging ones too!

Tho with Adrienne - her first 30 day one was very good for me who cannot touch my toes

I've just started yoga with Adriene 30 day programme on YouTube and it would be fine for a beginner. It's about 30 minutes a session so fairly easy to fit in a busy schedule too.

Some good suggestions here. Just wanted to say that yoga is exactly for the stiff and unbendy. Enjoy 😊

And don't worry about being stiff & unbendy - that's why you do yoga! To loosen up, and become a bit more bendy.

Just focus on the breathing, is my advice. THat's what's important.
