I fired up my Nike Training Club app again after getting a bit bored with the BBG programme on Sweat, and have seen they've totally revamped their 'Plan' offering!
Has anyone started any of the programmes? I just did my first in the Breakthrough Challenge and thought I'd see if anyone wanted to swap notes.
By the way would recommend checking out the Nike Training Club app if you haven't. It's free and there are so many workouts. They can feel a little boring after a while which is why I defected to Sweat but these programmes look fresh.
