Over lockdown I've put on some weight and I'm actually really enjoying it – I've got boobs and a butt for the first time in years and I like the feeling. I haven't put on a lot – gone from a size 8 to a 10 and put on about 5 kilos.
Thing is, my body's very responsive to exercise – I turn very lean and muscular very fast, and weight falls off me easily. I think my 'natural' body type is pretty athletic, and I enjoy that too.
But I just want to tone up a bit, without losing the curves I've gained this year.
Is that possible, or am I destined to be one or the other?
