Does anyone have a trainer for your bike? So you can use it indoors

Does it work with any bike? Sorry if that’s a stupid question! Is it any good or should I just buy an exercise bike?

I use it with my road bike need a separate wheel though.

Works well for me I do an hour most days whilst watching documentaries combined with intermittent fasting I have lost 2 stone!
